RETURN POLICY

If you encounter quality-related issues with your product upon receipt, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging and maintain resalable condition (unused, undamaged, with all tags and accessories intact). Please note that for non-quality reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size selection), you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

Refund Process

  1. We will process your refund within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned package.

    • For credit card payments: Refunds are processed by your bank and may take 3–10 business days to reflect in your account. Please monitor your credit card statements. If no refund record is found, contact your bank to check the progress.
    • For PayPal payments: Refunds are processed through PayPal and will be credited to your PayPal account within 1–2 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., wrong product/model shipped) upon receipt. To exchange for the same item, please send an email to 7868815anan@gmail.com to notify us, and we will provide instructions for returning the item to our designated address.

International Orders

  • Anmusuprise is not liable for any customs duties, taxes, or shipping charges incurred for authorized returned merchandise. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
